price tag
November 26, 2008
Last night we wrapped up debriefing with a time of worship and prayer. I really have no words that can capture my heart, except for these:
The sweetness of that moment as we shared hearts, prayed over the interns, and worshiped together for probably the last time this side of heaven… You simply can’t put a price tag on that.

Amen!

So Simple
So Beautiful
Amen Dear One
Hearts united in commitment, love and praise like that…. beautiful. A taste of Heaven.
this sounds like the next mastercard commercial…you, my dearest, are priceless!!!

Beautiful!
What a warm heart you have…It has been fun to read about the emotional connections you have built with your interns.
True that!
i suppose it would not be untrue to say that you and Niel are very Thankful that you both get to experience that (and much more besides) regularly on a yearly basis? :-)

We were just sitting around talking and my niece just stopped in mid sentence and said that she wanted to pray for Delaney’s family, Since Delaney(17) had died. She grabbed my hand and she was shaking/trembling and I could feel the POWER of God going through this 16 year old…
Wow!! priceless… priceless worship!!
that is awesome, heidi. awesome.
@cassgirl says:
oops I hit send too fast….
It’s amazing like with you and interns, of how God Just shows up unannounced,
but soo perfect.
“God just shows up unannounced.” that sentence is powerful.
@cassgirl says:
Yea, it was kind of hard to articulate too..
mmmm
love — yep, we do. we are very blessed!
cathi — i was gonna name the post “for everything else, there’s mastercard”… so your comment really made me smile!
@atangie says:
You can’t put a price tag on that, neither can you estimate the value of the return on the investment of your heart into the lives of those people.
that was such a great night.
thanks for that. really.
