		<description>it&#039;s &lt;i&gt;my&lt;/i&gt; first time too. but i must say it&#039;s really worked for me. it&#039;s easy to remember. and because i&#039;ve gone public with it, people remind/challenge me to risk &lt;i&gt;all the time&lt;/i&gt;. so it keeps me focused on my goal.</description>
