wall of thanks

One of my favorite Thanksgiving traditions is my post-it-note wall of thanks. (You can see what I mean here.)

If I had a wall of thanks this year, one of my first additions would be:

my blog family

What would yours be? (List as many as you want!)

  1. In the last year, God proved overwhelmingly…

    He loves me
    He knows me
    I am his adopted son
and he will NEVER lose me
    NEVER forget me
    NEVER forsake me
    NEVER leave me alone.

    I love him
    with all of my heart
there is no one like Him.

    With all of my heart
    with all that I have
with all that is in me
I will forever bless my Lord.

God, I love you. I so love you.

    Thank you.

I thank GOD for all my blog friends … those who have never met me in person but who I have connected with through the power of God and his Holy Spirit. I have had major struggles in my relationships… but God’s hands have been extended through my blogging family… and people who I just can’t WAIT to meet in person, to hug and to say, “Thank you”

So – to all my American friends … who are celebrating this Thanksgiving Day: THANK YOU!
To a wonderful God – THANK YOU!

  9. coop says:

->GOD- His steadfast love. And everything that He is. His promises.
->My brokenness- It’s hard to see the good behind it now… But I know God has a plan. A plan of good. And this is just part of His perfect plan. For that, I am very thankful.
->The “Old” People who listen to me and give me wisdom- they are a gift from God. I am so blessed by their presence and wisdom and ears.
->Who God has created me to be- this one’s hard now. But i know He has a plan. A good plan. for me. And that he has a specific purpose for my life.
->The Grit- such a blessing. Thank you for your wise, wise words and heart. Thank you for sharing your life.

[[while i am truly thankful for everything above, i feel like i've really limited what i can see as a gift. i know i should be thankful for everything and every moment, good and bad. because all these moments are gifts from God. even the "worst" moments. so i want to be thankful for everything that's going well and everything that isn't.... i'm not sure if it's good to be thankful for horrible circumstances. but i think it's good to be thankful for the good that comes out of them.... it'll take some hard work. but i think the work is worth it.]]
