Circ’ means circumcision. Instead of the snip they put on a plastic ring that works its way off slowly (takes a week or something like that) and one day you go to change the diaper and you find (as you did with the cord of Peaberry) the foreskin of your baby boy. And he no longer has a turtle-neck, er he is no longer a gentile, er, um – he is circumcised.
